With over a decade of experience as a counsellor, Ash specialises in supporting adults, adolescents, and parents of children from infancy to 17 years old. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of trauma, family dynamics, and the emotional complexity of parenting.
 

Ash is also an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a registered Medicare Provider, offering therapeutic services both in person and online. This allows clients to access evidence-based support with the added benefit of Medicare rebates.

My name is Courtney, and I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing (2020) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health. Over the years, I have gained experience across a wide range of healthcare settings including aged care, general practice, the blood bank, acute hospital wards, and pre- and post-operative care.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that focuses on dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. Whether it’s providing direct support, guidance, or simply a listening ear, my goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of the people I work with.
