Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take?

When it comes to therapy, there is no set timeline as every individual's journey is unique. The duration of therapy is dependent on various factors such as the severity of the issue, the level of commitment, and the approach used. The goal of therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to work through their challenges at their own pace, with the support and guidance of their therapist.

What is play therapy?

Child-centered play therapy is a therapeutic approach used to help children express themselves, process emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. In this approach, the child takes the lead in the play session while the therapist provides a safe and supportive environment to facilitate healing. By allowing the child to freely explore and play, they can work through their feelings and experiences in a natural and non-threatening way.
